• Engage in fraudulent activity, including false orders or payment fraud
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content through any contact or inquiry form
• Impersonate ES23, Qivu Entertainment, BODS, or any associated brand or person

03 — Shop & Products

When purchasing through the StreetAware shop, you agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute ES23 products without written permission
• Misrepresent ES23 products or claim affiliation with our brand
• Use product imagery, designs, or branding without authorisation
• Reproduce, copy, or counterfeit any ES23 product or design

04 — BODS Creative Services

When engaging BODS, you agree not to use delivered work to:

• Defame, harass, or harm any individual or group
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Misrepresent the origin of the work in a way that causes harm

BODS reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values, without obligation to provide a reason.

05 — Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your order or service engagement, restriction of access to es23.world, and where necessary, referral to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to a violation.
