01 — Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service govern your use of es23.world and any services offered through it, including the StreetAware shop, the J World Collection, BODS ghostwriting services, and the J World Foundation. The site is operated by BODS, under Qivu Entertainment (Y-tunnus: 2991082-5), a sole trader registered in Finland (EU).

By accessing or using es23.world, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

02 — Shop & Orders

Placing an order

When you place an order through our WooCommerce shop, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A confirmation email means your order has been accepted.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and Google Pay. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the information provided is accurate.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

Returns & Refunds

• Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition
• Digital products and made-to-order items are non-refundable
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@es23.world

03 — BODS Ghostwriting Services

BODS provides creative ghostwriting services across three tiers. By engaging BODS, you agree to the following:

• All creative briefs and communications are handled in strict confidence
• Deliverables are produced exclusively for your use upon full payment
• You take full creative and legal ownership of delivered work — we make no claim to it
• We retain no right to publish, reference, or reuse any client work without explicit written consent
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Revision rounds are as agreed per your service tier

BODS reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values.

04 — Intellectual Property

All content on es23.world — including but not limited to text, visuals, product designs, the ES23 name, StreetAware23, J World Collection, iK mark, and WTSMA — is the intellectual property of Qivu Entertainment and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Content you submit to us (briefs, inquiries, feedback) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you send us.

05 — Acceptable Use

When using es23.world, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Reproduce or resell any ES23 products or content without permission
• Submit false information in orders or service requests

06 — Limitation of Liability

ES23 and Qivu Entertainment are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of es23.world or its services. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

07 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

08 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of es23.world after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
